Beautiful one bedroom apartment for rent starting in June. Move in date is flexible. Very spacious, plus lots of light coming into the apartment due to large windows. The windows look out to the garden outside. The apartment also has very nice and clean bathroom, with good supply of hot water and water pressure. Another plus point is that the heating is included in the apartment rent which could otherwise come out to a lot in Michigan if it wasn't included. Parking is also free and easily available. The neighborhood is very clean and kept in a nice condition. The area is very green, with a lot of flowers and trees. The neighbors are very quite and haven't had any issues with them. You dont have to walk too far to throw the trash since the trash can is very close behind the house. The sun shines right into the house which the best part. The management also allows pets. The lease can be renewed in July for a year.
The only reason why I'm leaving is that I'm leaving the city. I have really enjoyed my time here and would have chosen no other place if I would have stayed in the city. Please get in touch with through phone/email: 812-325-9597. Pictures available upon request.

This is for a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. It is very spacious and the neighbors are very quiet. At times my boyfriend and I felt like we were the only ones here. We leased this apartment in December and signed a one-year lease. We are looking for someone to come in and take over because we just cannot afford it anymore and it would cost us a large sum of money to cancel the lease. The apartment is located in Ashton Pines apartment complex and rent is only $460.00 because we got a move-in special. Right now, the rent they are asking for new leasers is around $520.00. So, this is a fairly good deal. It is 750 sq. ft. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen (with cupboards that open from the kitchen side and dining area side), bathroom and bedroom. It also has a linen closet, a closet in the bedroom, and two closets for extra storage. So, lots of space! It is on the bottom floor, so no balcony or patio, but it has some-what large windows. The complex is located on Pontiac Lake Road on the side of the bowling alley, which is also close to the main office, so there is virtually no noise problems or other problems. Cats and Dogs are allowed, but you would have to pay a small additional fee for these animals. It has a covered carport for one vehicle, if you have more then one there is extra space but it is not covered. It has a dishwasher, and a garbage disposal in the kitchen. We just recently cleaned the carpets and the walls are white, but you are allowed to add color of your discretion. Also, small nail holes are allowed to hang pictures and such. It is like, in the middle of Waterford, so it is very close to many things including the bowling alley, movie theater, many restaurants and grocery store. There is a $35.00 application fee. Looking for someone to take over the rest of our apartment lease for the month of June - July 15, 2012. Once this sublease has ended you will have the option to sign your own one-year lease at the apartment. You will be responsible for paying your own DTE energy, water bill, and internet/tv.

2 Bedroom 2 full bath apartment available at Fairmont Park. Available 6/10/12 until 1/31/13. Current rent for new lesses is $1015-$1025 which is a savings of $146 - $156 a month. The reason why we are able to offer rent at $869 is because we started renting back a few years ago and rent was cheaper as the rental market wasn't strong. First month will be pro-rated where you will only pay from 6/11/12-6/30/12 which will be $579. There is also a deposit that I paid when we started our lease. When the lease ends, the lesee will receive that money from the apartment office as long as you take care of the apartment. Apartment has it's own entrance and car port. I am leaving my wonderful apt behind for a trip to China this summer with my boyfriend !!!! By the time I return ill only have 1 month left on my lease. As the school year ends, I am trying to move out of my 2 bedroom apartment and save some money for the summer. My job and my family are a bit of a drive from this apartment, so it's beneficial for me to move closer to them.
It's a very nice 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor, and we're paying a lower rate than the company currently offers for their apartments. You'd have 24-hour access to a fitness room, and there's also a pool, volleyball and tennis courts, and fast access to I-94 and I-275 (both less than a mile away). It's honestly a great location and great apartment, I'd just prefer to live closer to my friends and job.
The lease expires in August, and you'd officially be added to it, so there's no need to relay the payment to me and have me pay the apartment or anything like that.
Ideally I'd like if we could transfer the lease before rent is due on May 1st.

Wanting to move back home for the summer but lease doesn't end till September. Wanting to know if anyone is willing to come take over the lease. Its a spacious two bedroom loft with one bathroom and closet. The floors were recently redone from carpet to wood. Please let me know if anyone is interested. The deposit is 1150 and the lease is only till September so it would be a great summer location. Gas and water are included. On Wayne State University Campus, walking distance!
To make everything more clear, the loft is available by May 2012-September 2012. So your looking at a 4-5 month lease. There is a 1150 security deposit upon move in and a 1150 first month (May) rent fee. So upon move in your looking at a 2300 payment. Also since people were wondering electricity for me came out to be about 30-40 a month so in total I was paying about 1200 a month for the apartment. I am willing however to work to lower the security deposit so please let me know if you interested. Its great for a short term summer home.
